Where our information comes from
Legal information comes from the Texas Penal Code as published by the Texas Legislature, and from official statements about the laws that changed it. Scam descriptions come from the Federal Trade Commission, the Better Business Bureau and the FBI's Internet Crime Complaint Center, and we link to them where we use them. Platform policies are read on the platforms' own pages; where we rely on independent reviews instead, the page says so. Houston details come from public sources and are rechecked when a page is updated.
We do not publish statistics we cannot source, prices for companionship, or claims about people we have not checked. When we are not sure of something, we leave it out.
How profiles work
Profiles shown on this site are published on ErotikMaps by the people they describe. A moderator reads each one before it goes live and removes spam, obvious fakes and anything that offers sex for money. That review is not an identity, age or income verification, which is why every page here tells readers to run their own checks. We only show profiles located in the Houston area.

How the site earns money
The live cam links in the header, the bottom bar and the cam block lead to a partner site, and we may earn a commission when visitors sign up there. No dating platform paid to appear in our comparison of sites and apps, and that page carries no affiliate links. Creating a profile is free and ErotikMaps takes no cut of any arrangement.
Standards and corrections
